Ingredients for Apple Smoothie
1 cup hung curd 100 ml double toned milk
¼ tsp of vanilla essence
1 pinch of cinnamon dust
1 pinch of salt
Apple 100 gm with skin
100 gm chia seed
50 gm cucumber with skin
Preparation of Apple Smoothie:
Mix everything in the grinder except the curd. Then add the curd. Finally add the chia seeds which will have to be soaked for at least half an hour before using. Smoothie is ready for consumption.
