Since last 21 months I am taking raw green veg juice in morning and since last 102 days I am eating sprouted mung ,Chana and peanuts in the break fast and in the snack at 4.00 , stopped my in take of milk from last 10 months and I take almond milk and soya milk. and 1 roti , vegetables and dal and little rice two times a week, and same in dinner .
I have reduced my weight from 78kg to 70 kg and reduced my medicine from nine tablets of diabetes to 1.1/2 tablet per day ....
And also stopped all my multivitamins , calcium supplements ,and medicine for diabetes neuropathy . Now I feel that if I continue for few weeks I will be free from diabetes , my HBA1C HAS COME DOWN TO 6.80 compared to 8.3 in February 2015
THIS THE ONLY THE SCIENTIFICALLY CORRECT AND BEST WAY TO REVERSE THE DIABETES .
But before we try ,we should be totally convinced that it happens

Hello
Hello
I have details by mail to you along with some articles I have read .
In the process of reversing Dibetes we have to first get convinced that it is possible..... DO NOT JUST FOLLOW .... Let it be delayed but first convince our own self ,,,and find out how I will be able to do it, and once this convincement is reached . Follow the system and start working on it as it is a long process and needs lot of commitments.
Never give up is our motto to achieve 100 % result.
