That is wonderful Tapan. Recent research papers show that making lifestyle changes in the first 10 years of diabetes diagnosis can help some people reverse diabetes. Exercise and calorie reduction are essential components. But best to be done under doctor guidance

I was diagnosed with diabetes
I was diagnosed with diabetes in year 2013 then for almost 6 years i took metformin but in 2019 i have read somewhete about reversal of diabetes with change of lifestyle food habbit alongwith regular exercise one can make reversal of diabetes now i m happy that i change my lifestyle i was alcholic left that started my day with green tea and soaked almond followed by smoothy containing spinach and corriander and my lunch contains 1 chapati alongwith pearl barley millet dinner contains 1 chapati
