Some simple ways to improve
Some simple ways to improve height include good nutrition, proper posture and daily exercises. Strength building exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups etc. and flexibility exercises such as Pilates, yoga, stretching etc. are helpful! Riding a bicycle, jumping rope, running are all beneficial too!

The thyroid gland releases
The thyroid gland releases hormones that is responsible for bone growth, sexual development among other body functions. Stunted growth is a common complain of hypothyroid children. However girls tend to grow till 15-16 years of age, so I would wait till then. In some studies L-thyroxine is shown to improve height in teenagers. It would be best to consult your endocrinologist and discuss this with him.
