Unresolved sweet or sugar
Unresolved sweet or sugar cravings can be a sign of low magnesium levels in the body. Generally, in perimenopause stage, magnesium tend to get depleted. As soon as the magnesium levels are replenished, the sweet tooth subsides. Hence, try to supplement your diet with magnesium rich foods like sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, spinach, cashews, whole grains, black beans and soybeans.
