I am an Athlete, run 2 to 3 km 5 days a week and a half marathon (21 km) in a frequency of once in two months. Body weight normal.
After completion of marathon (for 3-5 days), my knee joints remain stiff, with stress on my joints. (probably because of one motion of legs in a specific position),.
Is their any problem in this ??
